Emma has worked in the health and fitness industry for the last 15 years. She fell in love with Pilates a few years ago after baby number 4 and trained with future fit to offer Pilates classes. Emma has also spent many hours training with a body control instructor. She believes it is the most effective and beneficial form of exercise for so many different people groups. From injury recovery, to increasing core strength and flexibility to balancing the body from a particular sport such as cycling or golf. When she isn't teaching Pilates you would most likely find her adventuring in the beautiful Scottish wilderness with her family.
