Craig is a passionate and dedicated professional in the
field of sports science and physiotherapy. He holds a first-class honours
degree in sports science from the University of Abertay and a master’s degree
in physiotherapy from Queen Margaret University.
From a young age, Craig's passion for sports, strength
and conditioning, and biomechanics has driven his career. He embarked on his
professional path as a SCQF Level 7 Personal Trainer, which equipped him with a
robust understanding of exercise and how to empower his clients to achieve
their individual goals. His journey then led him to the realms of the NHS and
Physiotherapy Plus, where he honed his skills and expanded his awareness, and
where he ultimately specialised in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and
biomechanics.
For Craig, the pursuit of knowledge and continuous
improvement is paramount. In 2023, he achieved accreditation as a McKenzie
Method practitioner, broadening his knowledge and proficiency in the field.
This qualification has allowed an enhanced expertise in the assessment,
diagnosis, and treatment of lower back pain.
Beyond healthcare, Craig's life is enriched by his
unwavering love for golf, a passion that has been with him since his junior
years. His enthusiasm for his sport reflects the same commitment he brings to
his profession, where his patients benefit from his extensive understanding and
unfaltering dedication in helping them reach their optimal health and
wellbeing.
