Why Pilates?
Pilates is a form of low impact conditioning exercise that is safe and strengthens the core muscles of the whole body.
Pilates also improves general flexibility, promotes good postural alignment and helps you feel stretched, relaxed and lighter after each class.
You will find our classes help ease and prevent muscular aches and pains, and improve postural awareness.
You can feel assured that the exercises will be performed safely, effectively and modified to the appropriate level for you.
Our physiotherapists are trained by the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute, who coach modified pilates moves based on the original 34 moves Joseph Pilates created.
It is suitable for almost everyone, including those with postural, spinal, musculoskeletal or neurological conditions.
We also offer 1:1 or small group pilates rehabilitation.
